Appointments For your convenience, and to assure prompt attention, we schedule visits on an appointment basis. The frequency and length of appointments varies depending on the particular treatment needed that day. There will be specific types of appointments that may require morning scheduling. We will try to accommodate your scheduling needs. During the school year, many patients wish to be seen after school. Our office understands that families wish to minimize time lost from school and work. We are aware that school policies have incentives for students to have “’perfect” or “near perfect” attendance. Although we wish the best for all of our patients and hope they achieve these goals, it is not possible to schedule appointments only after school. Quality treatment in a caring environment is the primary goal of our office. To achieve this, we cannot see the majority of our patients in the after school period. Our schedule has been thoroughly evaluated so that we can be fair to all of our patients. Our schedule allows us to be efficient, quality oriented, and respectful to all parties involved. We ask that should you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy allows another patient to take advantage of that available appointment time.
