OrthoBucks

This Program Is Our Way Of Saying Thank You For Being A Great Patient!

In order to help our patients fulfill their treatment goals, we offer an incentive program using Johnston & Doris  “Orthobucks”. Patients will receive their Orthobucks at their regular visits for each area of excellent cooperation. The Orthobucks can be redeemed for prizes found in a showcase in the children’s reception area.

Patients earn one Orthobuck for each of the following:

1. Arriving on time to brush and ready to be seated at the appointment time.
2. Having no loose or broken appliances or braces at regular appointment or between appointments.
3. Earning an excellent oral hygiene score.
4. Excellent cooperation for rubber band, headgear, or functional appliance wear. (This will be determined by Dr. Johnston or Dr. Doris  based on desired tooth movement.)

Additional Orthobucks can be earned in the following ways:

1. Bring your school semester report card and earn and receive one Orthobucks for each “A.”
2. The Johnston and Doris Orthodontic Hygiene Cooperation Certificate can be redeemed for five Orthobucks if it is signed and dated by your family dentist or hygienist after a routine dental cleaning.
3. Come in on your birthday (even if you do not have an appointment) and you will receive two Orthobucks.
4. Wear your Johnston & Doris Orthodontics t-shirt the day of your appointment and receive two Orthobucks.
5. Refer a patient to our practice and have the referred patient bring an Orthobuck with your name on it and you will receive Fifty Orthobucks.

No Orthobucks will be given at an appointment to repair or replace a lost or broken appliance or repair loose or broken braces of any kind. We are not responsible for lost Orthobucks and unfortunately cannot replace them.
